FREE INVITATION TO A PRESENTATION ON “FLOWERING EXOTIC AND NATIVE PLANTS IN WATERWISE GARDENS” 
                     
Jamboree Residents Association in conjunction with the Westside Church of Christ and The Satellite Newspaper have invited Q Builds’ Brisbane’s renowned horticulturist, Mr. Bob Dobbs from Roma Street Parkland, to give a 45 minute video presentation and followed by question and answer time on water wise flowering native and exotic plants.

Mr. Dobbs is the Curator of Roma Street Parkland and is responsible for all that is ‘green and growing’ in the Parkland. This, of course, includes the lawns, the annuals which are constantly being changed around, the shrubs and the trees. Bob has been involved with horticulture for well over 40 years and was with Brisbane City Council’s Parks and Gardens Department managing their Central City District before he joined QBuild to take on the horticultural aspects of Roma Street Parkland.

After the presentation Bob will supply advice and do his best to answer any questions you might have on plant suitability for various conditions such as shade, soil type, drought resistance and fertilization etc.
